Accountability Club
Have a particular health or fitness goal? Having trouble reaching that goal? Let an SFC fitness coach help you. Join our Accountability Club! It is a program that is designed with one thing in mind, YOU! The Accountability Club is whatever YOU want it to be. No matter what your health or fitness goals are, this program may be used to help you suceed. All you have to do is determine WHAT you need help with. What are your weaknesses? Do you need to improve your nutrition? Simply come to the gym more regularly? Whatever you would like to be held accountable for is what this program will help you with. Best of all, if you are an SFC member, it's FREE!
